Sorry for not posting, my dog has been recently spaded and has to be monitored. Anyway, I’ve tried to vary the “Mondays Websites” posts to include other aspects of the industry you may find helpful.
For free music/SFX you may need for your background performances you can try these sites:

These are latex mask making sites. My first puppet was built with latex, not too good, but now I have it down to a science. I may post a how to, step by step guide…stay posted.
Anyway, these sites may show some basic/advance techniques:

PUPPETS WHO KILL
Thursday, January 12 at 10pm ET/PT on the Comedy Network!
Canada’s favourite bawdy puppets return this winter with a fourth deadly season of murder and mayhem in the three-time Gemini Award-winning Puppets Who Kill. Dan Redican stars as a hapless social worker responsible for rehabilitating four puppets gone bad in this twisted comedy series from puppetry master/producer John Pattison and director Shawn Alex Thompson.Cuddles (Bob Martin), Bill (Gordon Robertson), Rocko (Bruce Hunter) and Buttons (Jim Rankin) are the anti-Muppets, four puppets who smoke, drink and curse with the worst of them. They look cute, but act criminally, resulting in 30 minutes of surreal hilarity
Again, it’s Monday! Here are some sites you may find interesting. If you frequent this site let me know via comments.

I’ve posted the requirements needed if you are interested in auditioning for Sesame Street Live. The link is just for those interested in sending in audition tapes and what is needed to get your foot in the door. If you scroll (from the VEE corp page) to the bottom and hit AUDITIONS AND OPPORTUNITIES -it should give you a listing of auditions in America only. For Canucks, like me, you have to send in a tape. Good Luck for anyone interested!
DECEMBER 21, 2005
Hollywood, CA, December 21, 2005- The Jim Henson Company has selected the honorees of the newly established Jim Henson Honors, an annual program that acknowledges organizations, individuals or products that reflect the core values and philosophy of Jim Henson and the company he founded in 1955. The four recipients of the inaugural year were announced today by Brian Henson and Lisa Henson, co-CEOs of The Jim Henson Company.
The 2005 Jim Henson Honorees:
The Jim Henson Celebration Honor – JK Rowling, author
The Jim Henson Creativity Honor – The Gorillaz, virtual band
The Jim Henson Community Honor – Bill Haber, community service
The Jim Henson Technology Honor – The Prius, gas-electric hybrid automobile
Honorees were chosen by the artists and staff at The Jim Henson Company, who were asked to nominate recipients who inspire them in their everyday work, maintain similar core values as the company, and of course, reflect Jim Henson’s commitment to excellence in creativity and innovation.
“It is with great respect that we recognize these honorees for their commitment to excellence and their unique creative expression,†said Brian Henson. In regards to J K Rowling receiving the highest honor, he added, “By encouraging audiences of all ages to rediscover the magic of books and reading, Ms. Rowling has truly made this world a better place.â€
“The diversity and accomplishment of the recipients exemplifies what we believe; that there can be inspiration and fun in everything around us. In our books and music, but also in our cars, communities and our environment,†said Lisa Henson. “My father saw the joy that comes from embracing all kinds of creativity and we are thrilled to continue that legacy.â€
